Architecture jobs in India

The skyline of any magnificent city is a result of its hard work by architects. The science of building, which deals with designing and planning of structures, is known as architecture. It also involves the art of managing spaces between the building blocks. Architecture as a whole is science and art. In this field, various areas of skills are covered such as art of spatial designing, material management, safety management, aesthetics, etc. Architects undertake planning, designing, supervising, etc. Supervising includes construction of offices, houses, and also entire city. Architectures are also trained in project management. For quite some time architecture jobs in India have existed.

Competition is at peak where the individuals are involved from different areas to bid for the best designs and execution of structures. The job is of a great responsibility, talent, and hard work. To be a successful architect, one has to be very creative and imaginative, must have keen observation, visualization, designing talent, legal knowledge, social awareness, and business aptitude.

Currently, Indian economic growth is at rise. Architecture jobs in India have a larger scope. To start with, a person should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or a Diploma in same. Eligibility for B. Arch is 10+2 with an average of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidate must clear an entrance test to qualify in this course. The graduation course is for full five years. Architectures are required for industrial ventures, private sectors, consultant firms, real estate companies, private architectural firms, etc. After gaining experience, one can be self-employed and start up with own business. One can prefer an area of specialization like housing, hospital, educational services, etc. Before starting as a professional architecture, one must register himself with the Council of Architecture, India.
